ChatEP is SCEPA's AI-tool and brings together practical knowledge from across Europe. Your documents, case studies, and approaches help cities and organisations learn from each other. Share your experience on energy poverty and strengthen a European knowledge base.
WHY THIS MATTERS
Knowledge on energy poverty is fragmented across Europe
Municipalities, NGOs, and research organisations are working on energy poverty all over Europe: but their experiences rarely travel. ChatEP connects these insights into one shared knowledge base that everyone can learn from.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Practical documents from real-world work
We are looking for materials that reflect what you actually do. No polished publications required - working documents are just as valuable. Think about local policy approaches to energy poverty, evaluation reports and pilot results, lessons learned from implementation, municipal action plans, communication strategies for households in vulnerable (energy) positions or research summaries with practical relevance.
Furthermore, we'd like to stress that there's no pressure as no perfect documents are needed. Internal drafts are welcome such as working documents and (internal) reports. Sensitive information can be removed or anonymised before sharing and all materials are handled in accordance with GDP. You can always check with your organisation first and take the time you need.
Not sure if your material fits? Anything that helps others understand your approach is welcome. When in doubt, share it.
How it works
Contributing to our European knowledge base only consists of three simple steps.
1. E-mail your document(s), file(s), report(s), et cetera directly to Marijn Siebel via marijn.siebel@han.nl;
2. We review and categorise it: our team adds metadata and places it in the right thematic area. You don't need to do anything extra.
3. It becomes part of the European knowledge base: your document is live on ChatEP, accessible to practitioners across Europe.
