Chat-EP is an AI-powered information platform that provides quick and easy access to a curated body of literature on energy poverty. It helps policy makers, civil servants, and energy professionals find relevant insights without spending hours reading reports, articles, or best practices.
Chat-EP brings two main elements together:
• a dynamic mind map showing interconnected themes, concepts and topics related to the user’s question
• an interactive chat interface for asking questions and receiving tailored answers

Chat-EP is specifically designed for professionals working on energy poverty. It uses expertly selected and categorized literature to improve information accuracy. The platform allows expert users to contribute their own texts to the knowledge base (in development), which continuously enriches the information available. It combines structured data with AI-generated insights to deliver relevant answers
